| Step 1: Tell us about your business Immediately after placing your order, fill out our short questionnaire which helps us understand your company. These questions provide critical information about your business, which we incorporate into your logo design. We know the exact questions to ask including everything from your color and style preferences, the product or service you sell and how you plan to use your logo. Your responses ensure you'll get a logo you love. Step 2: We assemble a team of the world's best designers who will create a large variety of initial logo concepts for you to choose from. Once we review your details, your design team is assembled and begins creating your initial logo concepts. Concepts are basic design ideas; the first look at your logo's possibilities. You will see your initial concepts in only 2 days! 2-5 designers will individually use their innovation and artistic talent to generate ideas on how to best visually represent your business. Your initial concepts will include several different design styles to help you decide which direction you want to explore. You can also consult with your Personal Account Manager at anytime to make sure you pick the concept that is right for your company. Step 3: We revise your logo based on your feedback. Once you pick the logo and style you like the best, we develop a new set of logos for you to choose from based on that design. (Sometimes, we succeed on the first try!) Incorporating your comments and suggestions, you help us narrow down the exact logo you're looking for. Maybe you would like to see a different style or font, or a different color or size. You are essential to the creative process, exploring whatever direction you want, while leaving the design to the experts. And most of our packages offer unlimited revisions, so we'll keep working diligently until you are satisfied. Not sure how to explain the changes you want? Your Personal Account Manager is trained to personally assist you during the revision process, so feel free to voice your opinion, or discuss different ideas you might have. You can even schedule a meeting with your design team at a time that suits you. You'll receive your revisions within 2 business days. We'll give you the time and date to expect your next revision, and we never miss a deadline — you can set your watch by it. The revision process continues until you have a logo you're thrilled with. Most of the time we're able to get it right within 2 revisions, but we'll patiently take as long as it takes. We don't tire and will treat you with the same freshness and attentiveness as in the first revision. Step 4: Select your final logo only when you are completely satisfied. After you finalize your logo, we'll format your logo for immediate download so you can start using it right away. Or you can contact your Personal Account Manager who will gladly take care of all your printing needs utilizing our high quality printing services. Step 5: Want to take your business to the next level? If you know you'll eventually need business cards, you should order a stationery & logo combo package now and save! Once we finalize your logo we'll start to create your stationery with the same process, offering you custom design and multiple options. This package puts your logo to work and includes letterhead, envelope, Word template, and business card design. |
